Printeze helps print shops receive customer documents through a simple QR-based workflow—without requiring customers to create an account or send files through personal messaging apps.
What is Printeze?
Printeze is a QR-based printing platform designed to make document printing easier and more private. Customers scan a participating shop's QR, upload a document, choose print settings, and receive a short request code. No customer account is required, and each upload goes to the selected shop.
Why we built it
Personal messaging apps can leave print shops with WhatsApp clutter, unclear print instructions, poorly organized queues, and accidental wrong-document printing. Printeze brings documents and preferences together in a shop-specific request without asking customers to share their phone numbers.
How it works
Scan → Upload → Choose settings → Submit → Receive code → Print
Give your request code to the shop operator, who checks your preferences and completes the print request.
Simple, organized, and privacy-conscious
Printeze aims for a fast customer experience and an organized shop queue. Documents are held temporarily to fulfil requests and are intended to be removed after completion, cancellation, or expiry through the service's retention workflow. Visible or printed information can still be copied or retained by devices and printers; no absolute deletion guarantee is made.
