These terms describe the Printeze service. By using Printeze, you agree to the applicable terms.
Platform purpose
Printeze connects customers with participating print shops through QR-based document requests and provides shops with an operational queue.
Acceptable use and prohibited content
You must have the right to upload and print a document. Unlawful documents, copyright-infringing material, malicious files, abusive use, attempts to compromise the platform, unauthorized access, and misuse of another shop's account are prohibited.
Customer responsibilities
Customers are responsible for uploading lawful documents, choosing the intended shop, selecting correct print preferences, checking print requirements, retaining original documents, using the service appropriately, and giving the correct request code to the operator.
Shopkeeper responsibilities
Shop owners are responsible for processing jobs appropriately, following customer settings where practicable, handling documents responsibly, communicating pricing, checking output quality, and protecting account credentials.
Temporary document handling
Documents may be temporarily stored to fulfil a print request. Temporary documents are intended to be removed after completion, cancellation, or expiry according to the service's storage and retention workflow. No guarantee is made that visible information cannot be copied or that every device, browser, or printer will delete its own copies.
Accounts, suspension, and termination
Printeze may reject, suspend, or terminate shop access for abuse, security concerns, or violations of platform terms. Shops may be required to correct inaccurate information before approval or reactivation.
Service availability
Printeze may occasionally be unavailable, including during maintenance. Uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. Participating shops control physical printing, supplies, local prices, and fulfilment.
Intellectual property
Users retain responsibility for rights in uploaded documents. Printeze branding, software, and original service materials remain protected by applicable intellectual-property rules.
Disclaimers and limitation structure
