How Printeze handles information.
Effective date: September 20, 2026
Printeze separates persistent shop-account information from customer documents that are temporarily stored to fulfil print requests.
Information customers provide
Customers provide a display name, a document, print preferences, and request metadata such as timestamps and a shop-specific request code. A customer account is not required.
Temporary documents and purpose
Documents are processed so authorized operators at the selected shop can preview and print them. Printeze does not publish original-document URLs or intentionally provide a public download route.
Retention and deletion
Documents are temporarily stored for printing and are removed after completion, cancellation, or expiry according to Printeze's retention rules. Limited non-file metadata may remain for security, operations, reporting, and dispute handling. Customers should retain their own originals.
Shop account information
Shop-owner names, email addresses, phone numbers, store details, configuration, approval status, and essential activity history may be processed to operate and secure shop accounts.
Security and practical limits
Printeze uses access controls and private storage configuration to reduce unintended access. No browser-based service can guarantee that visible content cannot be copied, photographed, captured, cached by a device, or retained by a print system.
Infrastructure providers
Hosting, email, database, and private object-storage providers may process data only as needed to provide the service. This policy does not disclose sensitive infrastructure identifiers or credentials.
Your choices and rights
Applicable rights vary by location. Contact support to ask about account information or a request while it is still identifiable. Immediate deletion may already have occurred under the document lifecycle.
Policy changes
Material updates will be reflected on this page with a revised effective date.
